Get the proposal and workbook
Open or download the finished proposal and workbook.
When a run has finished, MillOS lists the files it published in the Chat, and keeps them in your Project's Files.
In the Chat
A Published files card appears under the last message. It lists each file, with the estimate workbook first, then the proposal and the summary.
For each file you can:
- Open it beside the Chat.
- Download a copy.
- Open its version history.
Owners, admins and estimators see Edit in place of Open on the workbook, which opens it for editing.
In Project Files
Every published file also lives in the Project's Deliverables folder. Open the Project's Files and choose Deliverables to find the estimate, the proposal and the marked-up set.
Share a file
To share a deliverable with someone outside MillOS, select it and choose Share. Publish public link creates a link that anyone who has it can open, Copy URL copies it, and you can turn sharing off again from the same panel. Owners, admins and estimators can publish and stop sharing.
