The estimate workbook
Edit the estimate workbook and regenerate it.
The workbook is the spreadsheet MillOS builds from your estimate. Open it from the Published files card or from the Project's Deliverables folder.
Edit it
The bar above the workbook reads "You can change quantities, prices and descriptions here." Owners, admins and estimators can edit.
Choose Edit.
Change what you need. The bar counts your changes, for example 3 changes.
Choose Save, or Discard to drop your changes.
When you edit from a Chat, choose Review my changes to ask the estimator to look at your edits. It is ready once your changes are saved or discarded.
Regenerate the workbook
When the workbook is out of date with the latest estimate, Regenerate workbook appears. Choose it to rebuild the workbook from the current estimate.
While a run is going
The bar reads "A run is in progress. Editing is paused until it finishes." Editing opens again when the run is done. Download gives you the last saved version.
