Send to agent and round 2
Send your decisions back and get the next round.
When you have decided the lines you want to, send your feedback. MillOS revises the estimate and returns the next round. Lines you approved stay approved.
Send your feedback
Choose Send to agent at the top of the Estimate review. It opens as soon as the Expert has finished its work in the Chat. If the Expert is still working, choose Check again to see whether the Chat is free.
In the Send to agent window, look over What goes back: how many lines you approved, rejected and commented on, how many are still open, and how many were settled in an earlier round.
Add anything else in Anything else for the Expert?. It is optional. You can open The message and The feedback file to see exactly what is sent.
Choose Send to agent. You can also press Ctrl or Command with Enter.
Your decisions and answers are saved with the round, and a message goes to the Expert in the Chat, which picks the work back up. You land in the Chat, where the message is already sent.
Round 2
When the next round is ready, it appears in the Round selector as Round 2. Lines you approved before and that have not changed show Settled, so you can spend your time on what is new.
When every line is approved
MillOS can build the workbook and proposal at any point, and while lines are still open they carry a Draft stamp. A workbook or proposal produced once every line is approved carries no Draft stamp. In the Chat, ask for the proposal or the workbook and MillOS produces them from the review.
