Send to agent
Send your feedback to the Expert.
Send to agent sends your decisions and comments to the Expert in the Chat so it can revise the estimate.
When it opens
The button opens as soon as the Expert has finished. While the Expert is working in the Chat, the review says so, and Check again looks again. If the Expert is waiting for your answer to a question, answer it in the Chat first.
What goes back
The Send to agent window opens with What goes back: how many lines you approved, rejected and commented on, how many are open, how many were settled earlier, and how many questions you answered or changed.
Add anything else in Anything else for the Expert?. It is optional. Two switches, The message and The feedback file, show exactly what is sent.
The message begins "I reviewed round N. My decisions are in the round N feedback file.", then lists your counts, the rejected and commented lines with your words, and your note.
After you send
- Your decisions are saved with the round.
- The message goes into the Chat and sends by itself, and you land in the Chat.
- The header shows Round N is submitted.
- When the Expert returns, the next round appears in the Round selector.
If you answer questions after sending, choose Send answers to agent. MillOS confirms "Your answers went to the agent in the Chat."
