Estimate review
Assumptions and exclusions
The assumptions, exclusions and qualifications behind the estimate.
Below the lines, the Estimate review has a section called Assumptions and exclusions. Its hint reads "What the agent took for granted, and what it left out of the price." Open it to read the fine print behind your total.
It has up to three parts, and each shows only when it has something to say:
- Assumptions: what MillOS took for granted.
- Qualifications: conditions attached to the price.
- Exclusions: what is left out of the price. Each one shows its description, the room and the reason.
How the total adds up
Under the lines, How the total adds up shows the Subtotal of the lines, any adders, the tax, and the Estimate total. It also tells you whether a workbook or proposal produced now would carry a Draft stamp.
