Line detail and decisions
Open a line to see it and decide it.
Select any line to open its detail beside the table. Everything you need to decide it is in one place.
What the detail shows
At the top, the line's status, description and room, with a Close button (press Esc).
The drawing. A crop of the sheet with the priced area outlined. Choose Open in Takeoff Studio to go to that sheet.
How this line was priced. How much was measured, the Catalog rate, and the Amount with waste and markup. It also shows Measured now, the Matched product, and How it was measured.
The agent's question about this line. If MillOS asked something about the line, it appears here with its answer.
Last round. On a later round, your earlier comment and status, and the Expert's reply.
Your decision
| Button | Key | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Approve | A | Approves the line. Press again to take the approval back. |
| Reject | R | Asks "What is wrong with this line?" and records your words. |
| Comment or ask | C | Asks "What should the Expert know, or what do you want to ask?" |
For a rejection or a comment, write your words and choose Reject or Comment. Enter saves, and Cancel closes the box. Edit lets you change your words later.
If a measurement changes after you approve a line, the approval comes off so you can check it again.
Keyboard
The up and down arrows move between lines, and J and K do the same. A, R and C decide. Esc closes the detail. A Single-key shortcuts switch turns the letter keys off and leaves the arrows on.
