Labor and pricing rules.
The Rate card tab of the Product Library holds your shop's standing rates: freight, install, shop drawings and tax.
Everyone can read the Rate card. Owners and admins can change it.
Build-up rates
| Setting | What it is |
|---|---|
| Price level | The price tier MillOS reads: Budget, Average or Premium. |
| Price goes stale after | How long a price stays fresh. |
| Freight rate | Your standing freight rate. |
| Install rate | Your standing install rate. |
| Shop drawings fee | Calculated from a formula. |
| Margin | Your margin. |
| Minimum bid | The lowest bid you will send. |
Sales tax
Sales tax rate, Sales tax applies to (materials only, everything, or none) and Default taxable material fraction.
Proposal
Proposal terms are the terms printed on your proposal.
