Same name, new file
What happens when a file's name already exists.
Revised drawing sets often arrive with the same name as the last one. When you upload a file whose name is already in the folder, MillOS asks what you want to do.
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Upload as a new version | Adds the new file as the next version of the existing one. It keeps its history and its shared link, and the version that was there stays one Restore away. |
| Keep both | Keeps the new file beside the old one. |
| Cancel | Stops the upload. |
