What MillOS does

What MillOS does, and who owns the number.

MillOS turns a bid package into an estimate your team can check. Give it your drawings, specifications and addenda, and it returns a sourced estimate, a workbook and a proposal. An estimator reviews every line, and files built before every line is approved carry a Draft stamp.

What you give MillOS

  • The drawings and specifications for a bid, and any addenda.
  • Your own instructions for how your shop estimates.
  • Your Product Library, with your products, units and rates.

What you get back

  • A priced estimate you review line by line. Each priced line shows how it was measured, and most trace back to a measurement on the drawing.
  • An estimate workbook you can open and edit.
  • A proposal you can download.

The professional owns the number

MillOS reads, measures and prices. Your estimator approves, rejects or comments on each line, then sends feedback for another round. Approval is what removes the Draft stamp, so a file without it is one a person has decided.
